Self-taught from the internet, then attending classes across and reading modern and ancient hindu texts on the origins and principles of yoga, Sam has been practicing yoga for nearly ten years and teaching for one. Completing her training in Vinyasa Flow 200 hrs Teacher Training at YogaLondon. Sam combines asana with elements of philosophy, mindfulness and pranayama, and has taught yoga to all age groups and abilities.
